Investor Relations

The Middle East’s first
medical-grade AI company.

Enterprise from day one. We built the layer hospitals actually deploy — integrated into the PACS, HIS, and EMR they already run, audited and drift-monitored from the first commit. ClinicOS, our clinic operating system, is the commercial engine for the next 18 months: practice-management software with no SaMD gate on sales, pulling SFDA-authorized Dental IQ into every clinic it lands in. That head start is the moat: it can’t be retrofitted, and the window to own this category is open right now.

The moat

Built enterprise-first — a head start that can’t be retrofitted.

Enterprise buyers have heard the “AI startup” pitch before — and watched it crumble the moment a real integration or a real audit lands. We ship the integration, reliability, and compliance layer as a first-class part of the product: the part competitors can’t bolt on later.

  1. 01

Deploys into the stack hospitals already run

PACS, HIS, and EMR integration on day one. No rip-and-replace, no eighteen-month IT program — clinical AI that fits the workflow already in place.

  2. 02

    Enterprise reliability, not a demo

Observability and SRE-grade telemetry — the discipline that runs regulator-grade infrastructure runs ours. Latency budgets, error budgets, alarms.

  3. 03

Compliance wired in from the first commit

Audit logging, traceability, and model-drift detection by default — recorded on every inference, not retrofitted the week before an audit lands.

  4. 04

    Security built to financial-services rigor

Access control, encryption at rest and in transit, and an audit posture written by people who've shipped under regulator scrutiny before.

This leadership team has done it before

We’ve cleared regulator review before. Now we’re doing it for clinical AI.

ThakaaMed isn’t the first enterprise-grade product this team has shipped. We built software that cleared regulator review in regulated industries, then pointed the same discipline at medical AI — integrated into the systems customers already run, audited from the first commit. That isn’t scaffolding around the product. It’s the head start nobody can buy back.

  • Dr. Alwaleed Albadr

    Chief Executive Officer

Operator and clinical-partnerships lead, connecting the platform to the hospitals and care networks deploying it.

  • Jan-Stanley Brown

    Chief Technology Officer

Has shipped enterprise compliance and reporting systems that cleared regulator review in financial services. Same discipline, now building medical AI enterprise-first.

  • Dr. Abdulaziz Alnassar

    Chief Medical Officer

Operations, commercial, and regulatory program lead across the Kingdom's healthcare landscape.

What medical-grade means

Built to the standards that actually matter.

We operate a medical-device quality management system built to ISO 13485:2016, audited by the SFDA in February 2026, and we are implementing an information security management system aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — in implementation, not yet certified, and we will say so until a certificate exists. Our software lifecycle is IEC 62304-compliant across the stack. Dental IQ holds SFDA Medical Device Marketing Authorization, the first of our products through the pathway, with the rest of the portfolio following the same regulatory discipline.

  • ISO 13485:2016· Medical-device QMS
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022· ISMS in implementation — not yet certified
  • IEC 62304· Compliant software lifecycle
  • SFDA MDMA· Dental IQ — marketing authorization held
  • PDPL· Saudi data-protection compliance
The thesis

AI is the intelligence layer. Integration and compliance are the moat.

Every hospital in the Kingdom is about to buy clinical AI — and only one platform will be the one they can actually deploy: integrated into the systems they already run, compliant from the first commit, built enterprise-first by a team that's cleared regulator review before. That platform is being built now. The window to back it is open today.
